1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged
  • Original packaging and receipt are required
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@fineystjackets.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely with the return authorization number
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If it's less expensive, you will receive a refund for the difference.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). In cases where the return is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fineystjackets.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.
